1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Velision AI Studio platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Velision AI Studio provides AI-powered automation tools for Indian export businesses, including export document generation, WhatsApp lead automation, AI support bots, content generation, and voice agents.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable prior notice.
We may introduce new features, tools, or services subject to these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@velision.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use our platform only for lawful business purposes related to your export or import operations.
You may not use the platform to generate fraudulent documents, misrepresent the origin of goods, or engage in customs fraud.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our software.
You may not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited WhatsApp messages, or violate any applicable anti-spam laws.
You may not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all platform features.
No credit card is required to start the free trial.
At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to a limited free tier. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
We reserve the right to modify trial terms or discontinue trials at any time.
6. Payments & Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card information.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. Contact support@velision.in within 7 days of your first payment.
7. Intellectual Property
Velision AI Studio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of any data, export documents, and business information you upload or create using the platform.
By using our AI features, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to deliver the requested service.
8. Confidentiality & Data Security
We treat all your business data as confidential and do not share it with unauthorised third parties.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated documents.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated export documents before submitting them to customs or buyers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice via email before significant changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
